Construction details
All FLATED® products are crafted from robust drop-stitch fabric, ensuring they maintain their shape even under high pressure. This fabric, reinforced with tens of thousands of polyester threads, allows for flat surfaces to be inflated to rock-hard rigidity. It combines the strength of a hard shell with the convenience of easy transportation and storage. The sidewalls are constructed with specially engineered PVC layers that offer superior air retention. Unlike standard PVC tarpaulin, this advanced material features internal fibers coated in liquid PVC before being integrated with the outer layer, enhancing durability and resilience.
