Shipping policy

We provide Free Shipping within New Zealand for all orders that have a total cart value of $200.00 (GST inclusive) and above. All orders below $200.00 (GST inclusive) will have a Fixed Standard Charge of $12.00.

For Vivoo urine tests we provide $8 flat rate.

Free shipping does not apply to EcoFlow, Pelican and Flated bulky items.

The free shipping offer as well as Vivoo flat rate does not apply to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Chatham Island. Please enquire before buying for shipping rates to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Chatham Island. Freight for these areas is calculated by the address and the measurements of the item being shipped. 

Bulk freight for larger items (e.g. EcoFlow DELTA Pro) can take up to 5-10 working days, dependant upon location.

A copy of your tax invoice and tracking details will be sent to you the following day that order gets dispatched.

-If you paid via Bank Transfer, it might take 1-2 business days for the payment to clear; your order will be dispatched as soon as we have received your payment.
